I am happy to accept returns and offer exchanges if the item is damaged. If your order arrives broken and it is unfixable by you, please return the broken piece and I will either fix it or give a refund. Please understand that I can not offer any refunds or exchanges unless I receive the damaged or unwanted item back first.
If you are completely unhappy with your item please return it and I will offer an exchange or refund. I am very willing to listen to complaints you may have and work with you to ensure a good transaction. I want to make sure you get a product that is pleasing to you.
In regards to lost packages. Please understand that I do not have control over packages once they leave my shop. I track all items that I mail. The tracking tells me when something is delivered to your mailbox as it is scanned at that moment. So if something is not delivered I will see it. I will always do what I can to help find any lost packages and if it is unrecoverable, I will work with you to solve the issue.
