⭐️Very Importantly!  If you have any disabilities that prevent you from accessing any product or page here, please let me know.  You may contact me here or on Instagram.  I will always gladly take these things into consideration and make sure you’re able to purchase what you need. Please don’t ever hesitate to reach out!  All toys are hand made by me so I can always make accommodations  those who need it.   Also, if there is any part of this site that you feel needs improvement to help others navigate, I welcome suggestions!  Thank you! 


I am happy to accept returns and offer exchanges if the item is damaged. If your order arrives broken and it is unfixable by you, please return the broken piece and I will either fix it or give a refund. Please understand that I can not offer any refunds or exchanges unless I receive the damaged or unwanted item back first.

If you are completely unhappy with your item please return it and I will offer an exchange or refund. I am very willing to listen to complaints you may have and work with you to ensure a good transaction. I want to make sure you get a product that is pleasing to you. 

In regards to lost packages.  Please understand that I do not have control over packages once they leave my shop. I track all items that I mail. The tracking tells me when something is delivered to your mailbox as it is scanned at that moment. So if something is not delivered I will see it.  I will always do what I can to help find any lost packages and if it is unrecoverable, I will work with you to solve the issue.
